✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RHR & Company mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RHR & Company ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App including customers, salesmen, branch administrators, and delivery personnel.

🔑 2. Eligibility & Account Access

To use this App, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be an approved customer, employee, or authorized partner of RHR & Company
• Receive account approval from an authorized RHR administrator before accessing any features
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Account access is granted at the sole discretion of RHR & Company management. We reserve the right to reject any registration without providing a reason.

⚠️ Warning: Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

📱 3. Permitted Use of the App

The App is provided exclusively for legitimate business purposes related to RHR & Company operations. Permitted uses include:

• Browsing and ordering construction materials (customers)
• Tracking order status and delivery
• Viewing account ledger and downloading invoices
• Managing customer accounts and collecting payments (salesmen)
• Logging field visits and customer interactions (salesmen)
• Managing branch operations (administrators)

👥 4. User Roles & Responsibilities

Customers:

• Are responsible for the accuracy of orders placed through the App
• Must maintain accurate contact and delivery address information
• Are responsible for timely payment of outstanding balances as per agreed terms
• Must notify the company of any discrepancies in their ledger within 7 days

Salesmen:

• Must only access data for their assigned customers
• Are responsible for accurate and honest payment collection entries
• Must upload photo proof for all cash payments collected
• Must keep GPS tracking enabled during work hours as required by management
• Are responsible for any discrepancies in cash collected vs. reported

Branch Administrators:

• Are responsible for approving customer accounts within their branch
• Must not access or modify data outside their assigned branch
• Are responsible for verifying payment photo proofs before approval
• Must enable location services during login as required by the system

🛒 5. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through the App are subject to product availability and management approval
• RHR & Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any order
• Prices displayed in the App are subject to change without prior notice
• Custom pricing (rate tiers) assigned to your account supersede the standard catalog price
• Payments must be made as per the credit terms agreed with RHR management
• Cash payments collected by salesmen are the salesman's responsibility until deposited with the company
• Online payments are only confirmed upon admin verification and approval
• Invoices generated through the App are the official record of transactions
• Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. After this period, the recorded transaction will be considered final.

📍 6. Location Services

By using the App as a salesman or delivery personnel, you explicitly consent to:

• Continuous GPS location tracking during active work hours
• Background location access while the App is running during duty
• Your location data being visible to authorized administrators
• Location history being stored for operational review and performance assessment

For branch administrators, login location is recorded and shared with the Super Admin as a security measure. Login without location access is not permitted.

You may stop location tracking at any time by logging out of the App. Disabling location during active duty may be considered a violation of company policy.

©️ 7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within the App including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, branding, and design elements are the exclusive property of RHR & Company or their respective owners.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content
• Product information and pricing are confidential business information
• Invoice and ledger data belongs to RHR & Company and the respective customer account

🚫 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false information during registration or order placement
• Collecting payments from customers without recording them in the App
• Uploading fraudulent or manipulated payment proof photos
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access
• Attempting to access data outside your authorized role or branch
• Using the App for any purpose other than legitimate RHR business
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality or servers
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
• Creating fake orders or manipulating the ledger system

❌ 9. Account Termination

RHR & Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity
• End of employment or business relationship with RHR & Company
• Non-payment of outstanding dues
• At the discretion of management for any reason

Upon termination, your access to the App will be immediately revoked. All outstanding balances remain due and payable regardless of account status.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• RHR & Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• We are not responsible for network connectivity issues that may affect App functionality
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and login credentials
